Department of the Treasury, Financial Management Service (FMS), is
seeking sources to provide telecommunications consulting support
associated with the complex telephone, computer telephony integration
(CTI), and interactive voice response (IVR) systems located at the
Birmingham Debt Management Operations Center (BDMOC). The selected
contractor shall provide expert understanding of telecommunications and
call center technology, including CTI and IVR, to perform consulting,
preventive maintenance, analysis, and technical support functions for
BDMOC's voice network operations. This simplified acquisition labor
hour requirement is set aside for small business concerns. Offerors are
requested to submit pricing for the base year (anticipated date of
award through 12 months following date of award) and two additional
option years (13 months following date of award through 24 months
following date of award and 25 months following date of award through
36 months following date of award), utilizing therequirements for the
base year. The level of effort anticipated to perform the task
specified is 250 hours for each year of the requirement. Proposals will
be evaluated based on technical acceptability offering the best value
to the government, considering both price and non-price factors. All
requests for a copy of the RFQ must be submitted in writing to the
above address, Room 458D, or by fax and must be received no later than
