This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. The EPA intends to place a sole source purchase order to Micomedex, Inc., 6200 S. Syracuse Way, Suite 300, Englewood, Colorado 80111-4740 for a one-year combined subscription to TOMES Plus (R) Interactive Systems and REPRORISK (R). Micromedix will provide the Agency with unlimited internet access to both the TOMES and REPRORISK Systems at a discounted price. In addition, the Agency will purchase 102 CD-ROM versions, which includes quarterly updates, for remote users, who cannot access the internet. Together, the two systems will give Regional and National Environmental Management Program Mangers immediate access to over 16 proprietary and licensed databases used for the safe management and handling of chemicals.
