G -- STUDENT ENVIRONMENTAL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM SOL RFQ-00025-JR DUE 061200 POC John Robb, Contracting Officer, 215-814-5468 The US Environmental Protection Agency has a requirement for a contractor to provide materials, labor and administrative support for Student Environmental Development in the city of Wilminton, Delaware for a period of July 1, 2000 thru September 30, 2000. There will also be two (2) option period for the years 2001 and 2002. Under this proposed order, the contractor shall find a site to host the project, design, develop and implement the Wilmington Student Environmental Development Program. The contractor shall provide the following activities: Project evaluation, recruit students and hire staff as needed, handle and coordinate transportation issues, provide resources to the program. The contractor shall conduct each of these activities in consultation with the EPA representatives as needed. The contractor shall conduct the activities detailed below on an as-needed basis, unless otherwise indicated. This procurement is being conducted using simplified acquisition procedures, FAR Part 13. This acquisition is a 100% small business set-aside, SIC 8299, $5.0M. A Firm Fixed Price order will be awarded. Basis of award will be to the low, technically acceptable offeror.
