The Comference Meeting Package would include the following: 1) Single guest room accommodations for 114 individuals for three (3) nights (July 10-12, 2000) @ government per diem rate; 2) Single guest room accommodations for twenty-five (25) individuals on July 14, 2000 @ government per diem rate; 3) Meals @ government per diem rate; 4) Conference and breakout rooms for three (3) days (July 11-13, 2000) -- One conference room to accommodate 110 individuals and three (3) to four (4) smaller rooms to accommodate about thirty (30) individuals with AM and PM Breaks to be included; 5) Standard audio-visual equipment.
