Contractor shall provide all labor, supervision, materials equipment and supplies necessary for Computer Room Expansion (Project No. 872CM3023) at the National Cemetery Administration Operations Support Center, 5101 Russell Road, Quantico, VA 22134-3903. Project work includes general construction and mechanical work. Electrical work will be performed under separate contract. All work called for under the contract is to be completed with 90 calendar days of contractor_s date of receipt of notice to proceed. This acquisition is 100 percent set-aside for small business concerns. Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) Code 1711 and a size standard of $7 million is applicable to this acquisition. All responsible small business concerns may submit a bid. In accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 36.204, Disclosure of the magnitude of construction projects, the magnitude of this project is between $100,000 and $250,000. The Government will conduct an organized site visit of the facility for prospective bidders immediately before the pre-bid conference. The solicitation will contain the date and time of the organized site visit and pre-bid conference.
