The purpose of thie synopsis is to readvertise the solicitation (DAAE20-00-R-0047) as no responsible, responsive offers were received under the solicition. The solicitation will be for two different parts kits. These kits provide the mechanic all the mandatory replacement parts needed when performing semi-annual servicing (i.e., cleaning and adjustment). Following is a brief description of each kit. NSN 1015-01-452-9634, Semi-annual Service Kit for M120/M121 120mm Mortar. The kit contains common commercially available hardware items. Individual items are bagged, labeled, and packed together in a box approximately 3 x 3 x 1.5 inches and weighing about 1.75 lbs. Each kit contains: a. A quantity of five of four different metric size pins (one grooved/headless and three spring) of which two are controlled by DIN (Deutsches Institut f r Normung) specification and two by Department of Defense (DoD) Military Specification. b. One metric size self-locking nut controlled by DIN specification. c. A quantity of three of one metric size o-ring (packing, preformed) for which the drawing cites a suggested commercial source of supply. NSN 1015-01-451-5789, Semi-annual Service Kit for M252 81mm Mortar. The kit contains common commercially available hardware items and some unique items requiring manufacturing. Individual items are bagged, labeled, and packed together in a box approximately 4.25 x 4.25 x 1.75 inches and weighing about 2.25 lbs. Each kit contains: a. Three different inch size self-locking nuts controlled by military specification. b. One wiper ring for which the drawing cites a suggested commercial source of supply. c. Two different gaskets which can be cut or punched from non-metallic gasket material. Each gasket is approximately 3 inches in diameter and .005 inches thick. d. Two each of two different steel tabbed washers. The style/size of these washers is unique. The washers (not counting tab features) are approximately 1.5 x .050 inches and 1.625 x .040 inches. This solicitaion incorporates a Technical Data Package (TDP) that cannot be provided via the internet. Vendors who need this TDP in order to prepare a bid or proposal are instructed to request same by submission of an email request to: tdpdist@ria.army.mil.
