The aircraft must be equipped with; Emergency Locator Transmitter-model ACK E01, Inertia reel with 5 point pilot harness for front seat and rear seat (rear seat harness shall have rotary buckle), and 88-gallons of fuel tanks in wet wing fuel tanks. Contractor shall ensure that all maintenance performed on the aircraft before delivery to the Government is recorded in the affected aircraft maintenance record in accordance with 14 CFR (Reference 14 CFR 43.9, 43.11, and 91.417). Contractor shall ensure that all Airworthiness Directives be complied with prior to delivery date. The aircraft shall have a current equipment list and weight and balance for all installed equipment.
