This request is being issued as Request for Quotations (RFQ) #Q829000M291. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 99-15. The standard industrial classification code is 5032 and the small business size standard is 500 employees. The following is a description of the requirements for this acquisition: ITEM #0001: 15,000 gallons PMSRS-2H (Polymer Modified Cationic Quick-set Asphalt Emulsion) delivered FOB Destination in 5,000 gallon insulated containers with heating tubes and heaters. Temperature of asphalt at the time it is put into tanks for shipping shall be ~200 degrees F. Contractor shall arrange for return of the containers at no expense to the Government.
