Ramirez, (785) 861-4737 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commerical items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The 190th Air Refueling Wing, Forbes Field Air National Guard has a requirement for METASYS Software and commissioning for basewide energy management system to include termination of wiring and installation of new points. Any material used and/or end product delivered under this requirement must be Y2K compliant such that it accurately processes date/time data, including, but not limited to calculating, comparing and sequencing from, into and between the years 1999, 2000 and beyond, inclusive of leap year calculations. The solicitation number for this requirement is Request for Quotation Number(RFQ)00T0101. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effectthrough Federal Acquisition Circular 97-17. This acqusition is not Set-Aside for Small Businesses. The Standard Industrial Code (SIC)is 5065 and the Size Standard is 100. Item 2: Building lighting panel metering including software generatiuon and commissioning. (15) Each.
