The Government intends to solicit and negotiate a four-year indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract to acquire theodolites which are used to in a combat support role. The minimum quantity that will be procured over the four year period is 2 each, the maximum quantity is 82 each. The Government requires advanced theodolites equipped with dual LCD's each displaying elevation and azimuth, mechanical elevation and azimuth scales shown through the eyepiece, optical plummet, a right angle elbow main telescope, as well as a finder telescope. The delivery date for the specified theodolites will be 180 days from the effective date of each delivery order. It is anticipated that a firm fixed price contract will be awarded utilizing Simplified Acquisition Procedures. Final inspection will be performed at destination at the government's facility at Fallbrook, CA. Delivery will be FOB destination.
