A justification for Other than Full and Open Competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This procurement is to obtain Other Direct Costs on a Schedule buy that cannot be separated from the procurement. These items will be integrated into the system. The proposed contract action is for supplies or services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under authority of FAR 6.302.
