The Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) plans to negotiate a Purchase Order with Corrpro Companies Inc. to develop a spreadsheet based cost model based on data generated on field analysis of bridge painting projects. The objective of this project is to develop cost based condition assessment strategies for bridges that will allow leveraging of projects under the Innovative Bridge Research. Because Corrpro developed the current cost model they are the only known available source to develop the spreadsheet based cost model.
