The change will replace the DECU Kit P/N: 2-200-071-71 with kit P/N: 2-200-071-83. The difference in the kits is that DECU P/N: 2-170-560-04 (Supplier, Chandler Evans P/N: SC110710-06A1) is replaced with P/N: 2-170-560-07 (Chandler Evans P/N: SC110710-08A1). The ECP will be applied to one hundred (100) DECUs. Intended source is Chandler Evans Control Systems. Authority and Justification is 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1). This proposed contractual action is for supplies/services avialable from only one or a limited number of responsible sources, and no other type of supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements, FAR 6.302-1. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item(s)/service(s) described above are encouraged to identify themselves to the contracting officer, and provide supporting evidence which will permit their participation in the current or future requirements.
