Qualifications and Evaluation Criteria: Current unrestricted license to practice in a state, the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, or a territory of the United States; current Basic Cardial Life Support BCLS cetification; degree in Physician Assistance and certificate of training in Orthopedics; speak, read and write English fluently; sufficient initiative, interpersonal relationship skills and social sensitivity to relate constructively to a variety of patients from diverse backgrounds. Further evaluation criteria is the ability of the contractor to provide ALL necessary credentialing documents within two weeks from date of award of contract.
