Warfare System Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Charleston provides engineering
design, development, procurement, systems integration and testing for
unique cryptologic systems and/or programs. SPAWARSYSCEN Charleston is
seeking interested sources and comments on a DRAFT Statement of Work
for program management, systems engineering, and production integration
services in support of the Information Warfare Exploitation Systems
Engineering Division. An indefinite delivery, indefinite quantity type
contract with cost plus fixed fee task orders is anticipated. Firms
having the capabilities necessary to meet or exceed the requirements
contained in the Draft SOW are invited to submit appropriate
documentation, literature, brochures, and references. Responses shall
be limited to 5 pages and should be submitted to SPAWARSYSCEN,
Charleston, P. O. Box 190022, North Charleston, SC 29419-9022, or by
electronic mail to bartleym@spawar.navy.mil." Responses must include
the following: (1) Name and address of firm, (2) Size of business:
average annual revenue for past 3 years and number of employees, (3)
Ownership: Large, Very Small, Small, HUBZone, Small Disadvantaged,
8(a), and/or Woman-Owned; (4) Number of years in business; (5) Two
points of contact: name, title, phone, fax and e-mail; (f) DUNS Number,
CEC and CAGE Code (if available); (g) Affiliate information: parent
corporation, joint venture partners, potential teaming partners, prime
contractor (if potential sub) or subcontractors (if potential prime)
and (h) A list of customers covering the past 5 years: highlighting
relevant work including a summary of work performed, contract number,
contract type, dollar value for each customer reference, and customer
