NOTICE TO DSCC CONTRACTORS/VENDORS Effective immediately, DSCC solicitations publicized in the Commerce Business Daily (CBD) will be available to the public on the World Wide Web. The site address is http://dibbs.dscccols.com/rfp/. Potential sources, not initially solicited, will be able to search, view, download, and print solicitations by Federal Supply Class, National Stock Number, Nomenclature, Solicitation Number, Solicitation Issue and Close Dates, and Buyer Code. This electronic posting satisfies the statutory and regulatory requirements governing the availability of solicitation materials. The DSCC Industry Coordination Office, DSCC-PBAB, will, however, continue to honor requests for copies of RFPs and IFBs for solicitations with issue dates prior to June 9, 2000.
