The linear distance is approximately 2,217 feet. The estimated quanities of materials are: compacted backfill -- 9,508 Cubic Yards; gravel surfacing material -- 633 Cubic Yards; Seeding -- 5,518 Square Yards. The Contractor will be required to place a minimum of 3 inches of gravel surfacing materials on the raised portion of the road and seed side slopes with native grass mix. The Government will locate Station 0+00. The Contractor shall be responsible for setting the necessary centerline, slope and grade stakes. The project site is located at the Arrowwood National Wildlife Refuge, near Pingree, North Dakota. The project is a total small business set-aside. A form of Alternative Payment Protection will be required if the successful quote exceeds $25,000.00. The period of performance is 75 calendar days after receipt of the notice to proceed.
