Scope of work consists of but is not strictly limited to, furnishing all labor, material and equipment necessary to install one(1)new 1000BHP gas & fuel oil fired steam boiler(boiler #3) at the Jeffersonville Federal Center-Building 62, Jeffersonville, Indiana. Demolition work to include removal of coal conveyor & housing, removal of boiler feed pumps, piping, headers & pads, removal of 4500 gallon condensate tank, pumps, piping & pads, removal of portions of exterior masonry wall & windows, catwalks, grating & railings & selective demolition and backfill of coal pits & trenches. Furnish and install new 1000BHP stam boiler, boiler feed pumps, piping header & pads, condensate tank, pumps & piping. Furnish & install new catwalks, railings & flue ductwork & connect ductwork to existing breaching header. Re-installation of existing windows & masonry walls. Provide electrical service & panels to new & existing boilers & pumps. The completion time for the project is 200 calendar days. The Standard Industrial Code(SIC) is 1542. The procurement is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competitive Demonstration Program. The estimated price range for the procurement is between $1,000,000 and $1,500,000.
