Scope of work consists of but is not strictly limited to, furnishing all labor, material & equipment to renovate & upgrade 20 restrooms at the Federal Bldg, 575 N. Pennsylvania Ave., Indianapolis, IN. The base contract shall include six(6) restrooms. Options No. 1-2 and 3 will include four(4) restrooms each and Option No. 3 includes two(2) restrooms. Work includes in part: remove & replace existing ceramic tile floor, setting bed & base, patch & repair walls as required to receive textured paint, provide additional/new lighting in restrooms & adjoining vestibules as required to bright light levels, provide manual dampers in existing exhaust ducts & rebalance system, cut, patch & repair plaster ceilings to accommodate lighting & ventilation work, all water closets & lavatories to be replaced, except for 1st floor, reconfigures stalls to provide a 5x5' ADA compliant handicapped accessible stall in each restroom & urinal for all men's accessible restrooms, install baby changing stations in a portion of the restrooms. The completion time for the project is 180 calendar days. Funds are not presently available for the procurement. The Standard Industrial Code(SIC) is 1542. The procurement is unrestricted in accordance with the Small Business Competetive Demonstration Program. The estimated price range is between $900,000.00 and $1,200,000.00.
