The Scope of work includes stripping and re-roofing the Station Building Roof at USCG Station Eatons Neck. New roof shall be heavyweight laminated shingles with new underlayment. Existing copper flashing shall also be replaced. The main portion of the station building measures approximately 48 feet by 35 feet and there are additions on each end of the building, each measuring approximately 18 feet by 18 feet. The period of performance is 60 calendar days after receipt of the Notice to Proceed. Estimated cost range is between $25,000 and $100,000. Solicitation packages will be available on or about 19 June 2000, for a nonrefundable charge.
