White, Contracting Officer, 410-278-2998, FAX: 410-278-2980 The RD&A office, Aberdeen Proving Ground, Maryland is seeking to identify potential sources that can produce a variable-powered red-dot scope to be used in conjunction with a rifle. The reticle desired should be illuminated and variable power magnification could range from as low as 1 to as high as 9 power magnification. This notice is not to be considered a solicitation; no solication exists. All responses received by the government by the response deadline will be reviewed to determine what firms have the capability to manufacture a scope of this type.
