This notice is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This procurement is being conducted under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). MECATOOLS Mecatool clamping devices by Mecatool USA, Ltd., a clamping system that insures accurate setup of workpieces, are designed to be used with the Zero-Line table on existing Government owned Agie 350 HSS wire-edm machine. Mecatool clamping devices by Mecatool USA, Ltd., are the only hardware available that are compatible with existing Government owned Mecatool hardware which uses the ICS clamping system, unique to Mecatool.
