Material is to be delivered to the Salt Valley Road, in Arches National Park, Grand County, Utah 83432. Contractor is to spread material on road 3 to 4 inches in depth. No oversize truck larger than a single belly dump that hauls 24 tons will be allowed in the Park. This is a Commercial Item Acquisition, FAR PArt 12 applies.
