Leonard, PE, Construction Manager, Fax: 011-63-45-982-1402 / e-mail: KLeonard@phi.ibb.gov The Broadcasting Board of Governors, International Broadcasting Bureau (BBG/IBB), Office of Contracts (CON), has a requirement to refurbish the Medium-Voltage (MV) Circuit Breaker Switchgear; Low-Voltage (LV) Distribution Switchboard; and associated components -- e.g., 5 kV class vacuum circuit breakers, load interrupter switch, 500 kVA transformer, power cable, termination kits, etc.; 380 V automatic transfer switch, power panelboards, circuit breakers, electrical wire, and related accessories. All equipment must be rated for 50 Hz operation. Material must be packed and crated as a complete shipment (no partials) and suitable for ocean shipping. The Contractor shall be required to ship all equipment and materials to the Port of Bangkok, Thailand consigned to the U. S. Embassy. There will be no installation, on-site supervision, or overseas support services required.
