This includes such items as orientation and illumination devices, electronic travel aids, canes, radios, watches, and etc. This request is for samples/information for the purpose of establishing a list of approved items for possible future procurement. Companies responding to this request should submit one sample (sample will be used for evaluation and will not be returned) and documentation detailing product specififications. This Request for Information (RFI) does not in any way constitute a Request for Proposal (RFP) nor does the Government intend to pay for any information/items submitted in response to this synopsis. Responses should be submitted by June 23, 2000 and reference this synopsis number on both the packages as well as on all enclosed documents.
