This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This request for quotation (RFQ) number 00S003151, is for the purchase and delivery of Oracle software and support services. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses herein are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 97-16. The Standard Industrial Classification Code is 7372. The Contractor shall provide one (1) lot of the following item: ORA-8iEE, Oracle 8i, Enterprise Edition (720 total Power Units) and the Contractor shall provide one (1) year of the following items: ORA-8iEE-Silver UPD, Annual Silver Support for Updates; and ORA-8iEE-Silver Tech, Annual Silver Technical Support. All items shall be delivered FOB destination to the Program Support Center, Financial Management Services, 5600 Fishes Lane, Room 16A-27, Parklawn Building, Rockville, MD 20857.
