The four (4), Transportation Analysis Model subscriptions are (1) Barge Costing Analysis Model (BCAM); (2) Railroad Costing Analysis Model (RCAM), (3) Truck Costing Analysis Model (TCAM)and (4) Railroad Operating mileage Model (ROMM). Technical and analytical support will be required on an as needed basis. This will be for a period of one (1) year with four(4) one (1) year options. Anticipated release date of RFP is on or about 15 June 2000. A proposal will be due 30 days from proposal release. Authority for other than full and open competition is provided through FAR 6.302-1. Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. However all responsible sources may submit an offer which will be considered by this agency.
