Davis, Supervisory Contract Specialist, 605-226-7567 The Aberdeen Area Indian Health Service (IHS) is soliciting proposals from certified Indian owned firms or firms eligible for certification under the Buy Indian Act to provide: (1) all services necessary to schedule, organize, and facilitate tribal consultation meetings. The meetings will be attended by IHS respresentatives, tribal representatives and tribal organizations. The contractor will be responsible for travel arrangements, agenda preparation, hotel and motel reservations, and conference room and equipment arrangements. The meetings will be held at identified locations within the Aberdeen Area, (2) the contractor will also be responsible for dissemination and collection of information as required by the Office of Tribal Activities. The IHS anticipates the award of a fixed-price task order type contract for one base year plus three option years. This solicitation is totally set-aside for "Buy Indian Firms" in accordance with the Buy Indian Act, 25 U.S.C. 47.
