Anticipated tasks include: installation support (planning, assembly, refurbishment, interface hardware, adjust/align systems, testing, ancillary equipment) and operational support. 5 Year, ID/IQ with CPFF provisions anticipated. Estimated level of effort -- 124,000 manhours over the five years. Key categories and number of required key personnel per category -- Systems Engineer III -- (1); Engineer II -- (1) ; Mechanical Engineer II -(1); and Mechanical Technician II -- (1). This is a follow-on effort to N66604-94-D-A000 which was awarded to McLaughlin Research Corporation. This effort will be 100% set-aside for small business. Award will be made on "Best Value". Technical evaluation criteria -- Personnel and Past Performance. Only one award is planned. SIC Code 8711; size standard is $20 million. Required security clearance is Secret. The solicitation is subject to FAR 52.222-49 "Service Contract Act -- Place of Performance Unknown". Wage determinations will be requested for Rhode Island and Connecticut.
