Description of work as follows: Contractor shall furnish all plant, labor, materials, supplies and supervision necessary to complete JFSD 980041, Prairie View Site Restoration in strict accordance with the Technical Provisions and drawings for this project. The contract is to grade area to drain to existing catch basins, plant Summit Ash, Dakota Centennial, American Linden, Prairifire Crabapple, Thunderchild Crabapple, and Spring Snow Crabapple trees in designated locations. Grass drill prairie grass mix and broadcast seed wildflower portion of mix in designated locations. Hydro Seed with High Traffic mix in specified locations. Streets and curbs will remain and be left clean and in existing condition for access to the area. Leave trees and shrubs in place. Clear and grub dead trees and shrubs between rows of the existing shelterbelt. Spread and compact stockpiled gravel on the paths as shown on the drawings. Period of performance will be 60 calendar days. No work period is from 15 Oct to 15 Apr. Bonds will be required. The government is considering whether or not to set aside the acquisition for HUBZone concerns only.
