This will be an unrestricted procurement issued under the authority of FAR subpart 19.1006(b)(1), Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program, SIC code 1721. This procurement is estimated to be between $100,000 $250,000. The anticipated issue/posting date will be on or about 3 July 2000. Note: The DUE DATE for the Invitation for Bid (IFB) shall be 30 days after actual issuance/posting date (The IFB will be posted on Fort Drums web page). All responsible sources may submit a proposal, which will be considered. The IFB will not be mailed out and no mailing list will be maintained.
