The United States Air Force is requesting proposals for the furnishings of all plant, transportation, materials, labor, equipment and supervision necessary to provide preparatory construction for the modernization of the GSC-52 satellite communication terminal. The majority of the work will fall within civil and electrical disciplines, to include, but are not limited to: soil preparation, concrete formwork, electrical installation, electrical transformer installation, power filter hook-up, and other associated civil, electrical, and mechanical work. The result of the proposals will be a firm fixed price contract. There will be 45 calendar days from the receipt of the notice to proceed, including lead and prep time to complete the work. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. THE SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD 5 JULY 00 AT 1100. YOU MUST FORWARD THE FULL NAMES AND SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBERS OF THOSE WHO WILL BE ATTENDING THE SITE VISIT TO THIS OFFICE (FAX NUMBER: 781-377-4324) NO LATER THAN CLOSE OF BUSINESS 29 JUNE 00.
