The United States Air Force is requesting quotes to furnish all labor, services, equipment, and transportation necessary for the construction of a new 63 square foot vestibule at building 2, Cape Cod Air Station, Cape Code, MA. The principle items of work include but are not limited to: demolition of existing vestibule, construction of concrete pad, construction of a roofed structure (aluminum and glass walls, SSM roof), mechanical work (to include HVAC), and electrical work. The result of the quotes will be a firm fixed price contract. There will be 45 calendar days from the receipt of the notice to proceed, including lead and prep time to complete the work. The magnitude of this project is between $25,000 and $100,000. THE SITE VISIT WILL BE HELD 23 JUNE 00 at 1100.
