Notice is hereby provided of the Government requirement for a performance-based contract to provide comprehensive Mechanical Maintenance services at the Alexander Pirnie U.S. Cthse. & Federal Bldg., 10 Broad St., Utica, NY. The contract base period is three (3) years commencing on September 1, 2000 and includes one (1) two year option following thereafter. The successful contractor shall provide all management, supervision, labor, materials, supplies and equipment and shall plan, schedule, coordinate and assure effective performance of all required services. The contract will also require the successful contractor to provide a full-time Customer Service Representative on-site at the Pirnie Federal Building. This procurement is 100% small business set-aside. The Standard Industrial Classification code is 7349 and the small business size standard is $12 million. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. The solicitation will be issued tentatively on June 26, 2000.
