The Fleet & Industrial Supply Center Puget Sound has a requirement for initiating propellant in accordance with WS 12984 Revision U. The requirement is for a base year quantity of 1000 each, with 3 one-year options, for a quantity of up to 1500 each, per option year. Each option will be exercised within 365 days after award of the contract or within 365 days after prior year option exercise. First Articles will be required from unproven sources. Delivery of the first articles and periodic samples shall be made to the Naval Undersea Warfare Center, Division Keyport. It is anticipated that the RFP will be issued on or about 20 Jun 00, with a 30 day closing. Stepladder pricing will be requested. Past performance will be evaluated.
