P/N: P/N: 6464781-1 SIZE: 50" W x 57" H x 46" Deep (length) FORM, FIT,
FUNCTION: Used to provide Cooling fluid to transmitter unit when tested
on the "B" side of the AntennaTest Station or the enhanced aircraft
Radar Test Station used in the F-15. CLIN 0002: Hydraulic Power Supply,
2 EA 1730-01-461-5143DQ P/N: P/N: 6464782-1 SIZE: 28" W x 40.5" H x 38"
Deep (length) FORM, FIT, FUNCTION: Used to provide Pressures of 2700 to
3000 PSI to the "A" side of the AntennaTest Station or the enhanced
aircraft Radar Test Station used in the F-15. Shipment of thes items
are destined for: Warner Robbins Air Force Base, Georgia. PREDOM

delivery; 30 Dec 2000 The Air Force intends to award to a source
contractor, Honeywell, CAGE 02LU7 This is a non competitive item
purchase. There are no Government Drawings or specifications
availablefor this solicitation. This is not a small business set-aside.
The Government anticipates releasing a paper Request for Proposal (RFP)
on or about 20 Jun 2000 to source(s)requesting a RFP document. Fax
requests to the point of contact (POC) are allowed and should be
requested in time to meet the RFPresponse date. CBD Notes 22 and 26 are
applicable. All potential offerors should contact the buyer/PCO
identified in this notice for additional information and/or to
communicate concerns, if any, concerning this acquisition. If your
concerns are not satisfied by the contracting officer, an Ombudsman has
been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors
during the proposal development phase of an acquisition. The Ombudsman
does not diminish the authority of the program director or Contracting
Officer, but communicates Contractor concerns, issues, disagreements,
and recommendations to the appropriate Government personnel. When
requested, the Ombudsman shall maintain strict confidentially as to the
source of the concern. The Ombudsman does not participate in the
