The General Services Administration is requesting proposals for light trucks(4x2s, 4x4s) with military aftermarket requirements, and light trucks (4x2, 4x4) with body applications including maintenance, dump, stake and forward control (van panel)for various military, GSA Fleet and other civilian agencies for model year 2001. Proposals will be solicited under RFP Number FFAP-WW-002320-N. Vehicles must meet the minimum standards of Federal Standard 307AD as provided in the solicitation. Vehicles will be delivered to various FOB locations. The solicitation is expected to be issued on or about June 30, 2000, and will close on or about July 27, 2000. All responsible sources will be considered. Contract(s) will result in Firm, Fixed Price, Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity, Type Contract(s). The contract period will be for One(1) Year with Four (4) One Year Options. The Government's estimates are 1,580 light trucks and 3.192 light trucks with body applications. These estimates are based on all vehiclesacquired by the GSA Automotive Division from 10/1/99 through May 1, 2000. All requests of the solicitation must be in writing or by facsimile.
