A -- STD PROGRAM ANALYSIS AND CONCEPT ENGINEERING (SPACE) SOL NA POC Contract Specialist- Shelby Smith, 256-955-2192, Contracting Officer- Belinda Williams, 256-955-3440 The US Army Space and Missile Defense Command plans to negotiate a sole source contract entitled STD Program Analysis and Concept Engineering (SPACE) with Radiance Technologies, Inc., located at 500 Wynn Drive Suite 504, Huntsville, AL. Effort is for services required to produce the following: (1)Mature hyperspectral images based on using acousto-optical filter technology (AOTF) and the contractor's proprietary algorithms for off-nadir image reconstruction; (2) Design and fabricate acousto-optics based on optical spectroscopy instrumentation, the contractor's proprietary algorithms, and data sets collected by optical sensors; (3) Enhance battlefield ordnance weapons signatures using the contractor's proprietary neural net techniques across a variety of geometric and environmental conditions exploiting new features such as duration of intensity, temporal location, fall rates and others, measured in spectral bins; (4) Simulate radar power environments, returns, signal processing, using the contractor's proprietary methodology and code for developing enhanced detection, tracking, resolution, clutter and multi-path mitigation, and electronic counter-counter measures (ECCM); and (5) Provide technical support for Science Technology Objectives (STO), Advanced Technology Demonstrations (ATD)/Advanced Concept Technology Demonstrations, and the University Academic Advanced Technology Incubator Program.
