The Initial Evaluation Assessment is a vocationally oriented psychological evaluation. The scope of the assessment shall be comprehensive so as to assist each individual referred for service to reach sound vocational and career conclusions. A Chapter 31 vocational assessment may include interviewing, information gathering, review and documentation of prior work and training, needs assessment, vocational and psychological testing, vocational exploration, determination of the effects of the individuals disabilities on training and/or employment, and development of a viable vocational rehabilitation plan which will lead to suitable employment. The performance period shall be for a base year from the effective date of award with four, one-year renewal options. This is a total small business set-aside procurement. SIC Code 8331 applies.
