Contractor to provide all personnel, labor, supervision, transportation, materials, equipment, tools, software patches, licensing and incidentals to provide operations and maintenance services of the Base Telecommunications Systems (BTS). The BTS consists of Inside and Outside Plant, Telephone Switch Maintenance, Telephone Management System (TMS) and the Base Switchboard Operators at Tinker AFB, OK. The solicitation/contract will be awarded as a basic FFP contract with an orientation period, basic period and 4 one-year option periods. This requirement is exclusively set-aside for small business participation The SIC code is 4899. Award will be based on a competitive Performance Price Tradeoff (PTT) best value source selection based on price and non-price factors.
