A Pre-Solicitation Conference / Site Visit will be held 29 June 2000 at 0900 hours central standard time, at the 5th Contracting Squadron, 211 Missile Avenue, Minot AFB, ND. The pre-solicitation conference will be followed by a site visit around Minot AFB. The conference and site visit will be concluded by 1200 hours local time. Request offerors notify Ms. Suzy Anderson at (701) 723-4181 not later than 1400 hours, 26 June 2000 if you will be attending. Due to limited space, please limit attendees to two per company. Attendees names may be faxed to (701) 723-2895. Offerors should be at the 5th Contracting Squadron at least fifteen minutes prior to the conference to present pertinent questions. Offerors are requested to submit questions in writing, to arrive NLT close of business on 27 June 2000. Questions received after that date may not be answered by the date set for the pre-solicitation conference.
