The purpose of this contract is to provide the national High School/High Tech (HS/HT) program manager with support by researching, identifying and analyzing potential sources of funding for both the national program as well as local HS/HT sites. These potential sources of funding include business, foundations, private corporations and government entities. The contractor shall provide the national program manager with administrative support which includes responding to HS/HT requests, drafting correspondence for approval by the program manager, preparing and packaging of HS/HT start-up kits and assisting with monitoring and tracking state and local HS/HT programs. In view of the need for frequent direct contact meetings with the HS/HT Program Manager, the competition shall be limited to those who are located or can establish their location within a one and a half (1 & 1/2) hour commuting distance.
