The Department of Veterans Affairs VA Healthcare Network Upstate New York (VISN 2)is seeking responsible, qualified businesses who can furnish conference room facilities and guest room accommodations at various locations within the geographical range required. That range is within a three mile radius of the cities of Buffalo, Rochester, Canandaigua, Syracuse and Albany, NY or within a three mile radius off the New York State Thruway. The resulting agreements will be used to meet recurring needs for seminars and meetings held by various groups within VISN 2. The requirements will vary from one day seminars requiring conference space only to five day conferences with full service accommodations (requiring overnight guest rooms, conference room facilities, subsistence and audio visual materials.
