Z-Remove existing roofing systems at building 15, 85A, 85A Canopy and Walkway from 85A to 5D down to deck. Repair and clean deck. Install new Modified Bitumen roofing system according to owner's specifications. Clean up all debris associated with work. Prior to re-roofing provider shall have in place a Fume Recovery System (kettle) for the purpose of removing smoke and odors. Upon completion of new roofing system, provide NCTR a 20 year NDL warranty covering materials and workmanship to repair any leaks or failure that develops, and correct any damage to other work or equipment caused by such leaks or repairs thereof. The period of performance will be 150 calendar days from receipt of notice to proceed. The anticipated release date for the solicitation package is June 16, 2000. Closing date for receipt of bids will be July 17, 2000. The applicable Standard Industrial Code for this acquisition is 1761; small business size standard is $7.0 million.
