The contractor shall furnish their proposal of effort to provide all plant, labor, materials, and equipment to perform all required work to construct two traffic signals and lighting at the intersection of Randall Avenue and Rogers Road. The scope of work includes but is not limited to selective demolition, site excavation, backfill, grading pavement repair, signal installation, and electrical work. All work shall be performed in accordance to Laramie County applicable state and federal permits (with the exception of the permit to construct), will be provided by the contractor. Performance period for resultant construction awarded as a result of this solicitation will be 60 days. Magnitude of this project is $25,000 to $100,000. Issue date for this solicitation is anticipated to be on or about 15 Jun 00 with closing date 10 calendar days after issuance. This solicitation is a Request for Proposal -- Performance Price-Trade off (PPT). Under PPT, past performance will be evaluated.
