The U.S. NRC intends to award a firm fixed price contract for the alteration of a designated area in one of our facilities known as One White Flint North (OWFN). The contractor shall provide all the necessary labor, including supervision, equipment, and materials in order to perform the required alteration to the designated area of OWFN. The work includes demolition of existing walls and ceiling, replacement of carpeting, replacement of suspended ceiling, new and relocated lights, electrical power distribution, and relocation of HVAC supply to accommodate the new space design. The work shall be performed in accordance with NRC furnished drawings and specifications. The work shall be performed during normal work hours (7:00 a.m. -- 3:30 p.m.), except for any painting and installation of carpet which shall be performed after hours. The period of performance will be 30 days. The estimated price range is between $25,000 and $100,000. This is a small business set-aside.
