E-MAIL: Contracting Officer, dmiddlet@email.usps.gov. The U.S. Postal
Service (USPS) seeks to identify and prequalify interested suppliers
who provide Direct Mail services. The USPS may be interested in
establishing agreements with Direct Mail firms that are currently
maintaining web sites providing Business Customers with electronic
access to all services required for design, production, and acceptance
of Direct Mail products and services. Through the evaluation of this
questionnaire the USPS intends to pre-qualify multiple suppliers who
offer best value. These suppliers may be invited to purpose agreements
for business relationships between their firm and the Postal Service.
Not all qualified suppliers will be determined pre-qualified and
eligible to participate in a Request for Agreement (RFA). This
questionnaire is for the purpose of prequalification only. There is no
solicitation. The prequalification questionnaire is located on the
U.S. Postal Service Business Opportunity Bulletin (BOB). The
solicitation number is used to identify the questionnaire on BOB.
Response must be transmitted electronically by 3:00PM local time June
