N -- Installation of Handicap Swing Door Operators SOL SSA-RFP-00-0301 DUE 072400 POC Dorothy Wilson Tel: (410) 965-8083 The Social Security Administration (SSA) requires the services of a contractor to provide the necessary supervision,labor and materials to provide and install sixty-five(65) surface mounted handicap swing doors(Horton Automatics 7000 Series Easy Access Operators or equal) with one-hundred and six (106) manual push plate activators at specified locations in the SSA Metro West Building in Baltimore, MD. All work shall be performed between the hours of 7:30pm to 6:00a.m. on weekdays and 6:00a.m. to 6:00p.m.on weekends with an expected start date on or about 092500. The acquisition will also be subject to the conditions of the Davis-Bacon Act. The contract will be a firm, fixed-price contract. SIC code 3699 applies to this solicitation.
