PSC/FDA WOMEN-OWNED & SMALL BUSINESS SEMINAR & EXPO The Small Business Program Managers of the Food & Drug Administration & Program Support Center will be hosting a one day women-owned and small business seminar and expo on June 19, 2000 at the NIH William H. Natcher Conference Center in Bethesda, MD from 9:00 a.m. until 3:00 p.m. Counseling sessions with HHS program managers and contract personnel will be available for the one-on-one counseling session in the afternoon.
