Evaluation factors shall be set forth in Request for Proposal, Section L, Instructions, Conditions and Notices to Offeror, and Section M, Evaluation Factors for Contract Award. Work includes, but not limited to removing existing joint sealant, clean and prepare joints, install backer rod, install jet fuel resistant, hot-poured joint sealant. Demolish and remove existing plain cement concrete slabs, install plain cement concrete slabs. Paint taxi lines. Perform patching repair of small areas of concrete slabs by saw cutting sections. All work to be performed under a single lump sum firm fixed-price contract. The solicitation package will be available o/a 30 June 00. The performance period is 120 calendar days after receipt of NTP. All responsibe sources may submit a bid which shall be considered as the solicitation will be issued under full and open competition. Funds are not presently available for this project. No award will be made until funds are available to make payments under a contract. The government reserves the right to cancel this solicitation, either before or after bid opening/RFP closing, with no obligation to the offeror by the government.
